Hazards of chain block with inclined handle
published:2022-02-28

1. The chain block is not on the same vertical line with the heavy object when it is pulled obliquely. At this time, the lifting chain needs to bear not only the tensile force to lift the heavy object, but also the tensile force to pull the heavy object obliquely. When it bears the tensile overload, the chain is very easy to deform.

2. During cable-stayed, the lifting chain will rub with the external housing, and the chain and housing will be worn.

3. During cable-stayed, the rope sleeve of hanging heavy objects is not on the center stress point of the hook at ordinary times, so it is easy to disengage.

4. During oblique pulling, the weight is dragged laterally, and the bottom is easy to be worn.

5. After being lifted obliquely, the weight swings back and forth, which is very easy to fall.

6. The weight swinging back and forth will shake the internal parts of the chain block, which may lead to brake failure.
