3. Choose the appropriate steel wire rope for use according to the working environment and work intensity;

4. Choose the largest possible drum for the electric hoist. As the diameter of the drum increases, the bending degree of the steel wire rope decreases, which can reduce the breakage of the steel wire rope;

5. Properly lubricating the steel wire rope and maintaining surface lubrication of the steel wire and pulley at all times can reduce the wear of the steel wire rope.
