Two different control modes of intelligent balance crane
published:2024-09-09

The intelligent balancing crane adopts a servo motor control system combined with intelligent sensors to automatically balance the weight of the workpiece. The operator only needs a small amount of force to achieve precise positioning, installation, and handling of the workpiece. It can greatly reduce the labor intensity of the operator, improve work efficiency, and ensure production safety.

Many people may not be aware that there are two control modes for intelligent balance cranes: manual mode and suspension mode. So, what are the differences between these two modes?

① Manual mode: Control the lifting height and speed through the handle. Gently grip the handle with one hand, and the host will sense the changes in the handle's upward and downward movement and force to control the servo motor to make a quick response, synchronizing the upward and downward movement of the workpiece. It is commonly used in situations where rapid handling is required.

② Suspension mode: Control the lifting height and speed by operating the workpiece. Gently pull the workpiece up and down, and high-precision sensors sense the weight changes of the workpiece to control the servo motor to work. The workpiece moves synchronously up and down; the force leaves the workpiece, and the workpiece is suspended in the air. It is often used in situations that require precise assembly.

The two control modes of the intelligent balance crane coexist synchronously, and according to specific work requirements, suitable control modes can be flexibly selected to improve work efficiency and operational convenience.
