The third scenario: When the motor is installed inside the drum, although it has the advantages of small size and compact structure, it may have poor heat dissipation performance and inconvenient inspection and installation compared to the motor. However, with the continuous improvement of the manufacturer, various heat dissipation devices have been added to the motor, greatly improving its heat dissipation performance.

The fourth scenario: When the motor is installed outside the drum, the reverse chain has multiple advantages such as good heat dissipation, high universality, good grouping, and easy installation and maintenance. However, it also faces the problems of large reverse chain size and poor motor safety protection.

With the promotion of manufacturers and feedback from customers, the third type has gradually become a common classification of chain hoist.
