During maintenance, the operator needs to first check the rated load capacity recorded on the nameplate of the chain hoist, and then check if the heavy object is overweight. If it is overloaded, the chain hoist with a larger load capacity needs to be replaced. If it is not overloaded, the operator needs to check the internal parts of the chain hoist: first check whether the spring of the pawl is loose, and if it is loose, repair it; Check if there is grease on the surface of the friction plate again, and clean it if there is grease to avoid slipping of the friction plate.
