As a commonly used lifting tool, the electric chain hoist can lift heavy objects within the rated lifting capacity to a specified height. During the lifting process, it is inevitable that there will be shaking, and slight shaking will not affect the heavy objects. However, if the degree is severe, there is a high possibility of dangerous situations such as heavy object unhooking and chain breakage. So, how can we avoid the shaking of the electric chain hoist during operation?
One is to find the center of gravity when tying and fixing heavy objects, so that they can be lifted smoothly without tilting or shaking;
The second is to ensure that the heavy object is directly below the electric chain hoist. If the heavy object is not lifted vertically, it needs to be pulled diagonally before lifting. The heavy object will be affected by gravity and swing downwards, causing the electric hoist to shake;
The third is to maintain a balanced lifting speed during the process of lifting heavy objects. If the electric hoist lifts quickly and slowly, it is also prone to shaking;
Do not pull or strike the heavy object during the lifting process, as this may cause it to shake.
When lifting heavy objects, the electric chain hoist should be operated in a standardized manner to ensure smooth and safe lifting, improve work efficiency, and enhance operational safety.
