Steel slag is an inevitable by-product in the steelmaking process of steel plants, with a large production volume, accounting for a significant proportion of industrial waste residues. In order to improve the economic efficiency of the factory, increase the utilization rate of steel slag within the plant, and address issues such as environmental pollution and land resource occupation caused by a large amount of steel slag, a steel plant purchased a large-scale equipment for a steel slag production line with an annual output of 300,000 tons, and used four Guanhang chain hoists during the equipment installation process.

The four chain blocks come in two specifications and models: HSZ1 (1 ton, 6 meters) and HSZ3 (3 tons, 6 meters). They are primarily used for lifting high-precision equipment in the steel slag production line, such as steel slag vertical mills, dust collectors, hot blast stoves, belt feeders, and other equipment.
During use, simply hang the chain hoist from a fixed point, attach the equipment to the hoist's hook, and pull the hand chain. The equipment will then be slowly lifted to the designated position. The entire operation process is slow but stable, and the height of the equipment can be continuously adjusted during the lifting process.
Installing a large-scale steel slag production line equipment requires a significant amount of time and financial investment. However, the Guanhang chain hoist operates smoothly without jamming, ensuring precise equipment installation during the process. This, to a certain extent, enhances the installation efficiency of the steel slag production line.
