Key points for replacing the hydraulic motor of the ship anchor machine with the crown navigation chain hoist

As the core power unit of deck machinery, the hydraulic motor of the anchor machine, once serious oil leakage faults such as shell cracking or shaft end oil seal failure occur, it will directly threaten anchoring safety and needs to be replaced immediately. This assignment uses the Guanhang chain hoist as the main lifting tool, and the operation needs to be rigorous and orderly.

Preparation before homework: First, turn off the hydraulic system pump station and operate the directional valve to release residual pressure in the pipeline to prevent safety accidents caused by disassembly under pressure. Subsequently, use clean plugs to seal all hydraulic pipeline interfaces to avoid system contamination. Hang the chain block firmly above the lifting point, with a rated load greater than 1.5 times the total weight of the motor and fixture.

Disassembly and installation: Use a hoist to slightly tension the steel wire rope to bear the weight of the motor, and disassemble the fixing bolts and coupling connections in sequence. When lifting an old motor, it should be done slowly and steadily to prevent collision with adjacent equipment. Installing a new motor is a reverse process, and special attention should be paid to the centering accuracy to ensure that the coaxiality between the output shaft and the gearbox gear or coupling meets technical requirements, otherwise it will cause severe vibration. Finally, tighten the bolts in a cross symmetrical manner in stages.

Test drive inspection: After the replacement is completed, jog the exhaust first, then run it at low speed without load to check for leaks in the new Mazda shell and joints. Only after confirming smooth operation and no abnormal noise can it be put into normal use.
